It really is okay to cross state lines, in most cases, to find the best mediator for you and your case. But if you're set on searching by jurisdiction, you can do so OR search by case type OR search by other personal preference (e.g. minority mediator, LGBTQ+ friendly). Every mediator has their calendar linked. Just click on the mediator's booking link to see what dates and times were for you based on your desired session duration. Most mediators are available for 2-hour, 3-hour, 4-hour or 8-hour mediations. Their offerings will display on their booking page.

3. CHOOSE 3 PREFERRED DATES
The first party that comes to us get their say. Simply choose 3 preferred dates and times for your mediation, input basic case information, contact information for the other side(s), and submit! Our system will then automatically contact the other side(s) with the selected availability via email. Once the other side(s) selects from those 3 dates, they system will book the mediation.
4. IT'S BOOKED!
Once the mediation session is booked, each party will receive a login invite into our all-in-platform. Each party will have their own private/confidential chat channel to communicate with the mediator and upload important documents. Each party will also automatically receive an invoice and payment link to pay for their portion of the mediation. We ask that each party pay for the mediation within 24 hours of booking. Don't worry - if you get confused or have questions, we're always here to help.
